Construction site clearance
Ross Webster Tree Services carries out commercial site clearance and commercial tree removal for development, redevelopment and land-preparation projects across County Durham and North Yorkshire. We clear agreed trees, scrub, bramble and self-seeded growth to a written specification, so the site can move cleanly to the next stage.
Send the site location, a plan or marked photos, the areas to be cleared and the access details. We assess the work area, identify the site constraints, prepare RAMS for the agreed scope and provide a written quote. Where stump grinding is required, it is included in the clearance scope rather than left as an unknown for the next contractor.

Information we need before quoting
Send the site location, what needs clearing, a plan or marked photos if you have them, the access route and any known constraints. Underground services, overhead lines, neighbouring property, protected trees, ecology constraints and the next stage of the programme all affect the scope.
We assess the site, confirm the work area and prepare RAMS for the agreed commercial work. The written quote records the scope before the work is booked.

Where a site has an existing BS5837 survey, planning condition or approved tree-work specification, send it with the enquiry. We can quote for the specified tree work. No survey yet?
