Access is the big one. Can we get a tracked chipper and a truck to the trees? If not, everything gets carried out by hand. That can triple the time on a single site.
What is growing on it. A field of brambles is an afternoon job with a flail. A mature oak with an 18-inch trunk next to a building is a full day's sectional dismantle. The vegetation mix defines the plant we send.
What is underneath. Underground services change the approach. Gas mains, water pipes, electric cables. Close to services, it is often manual work instead of machinery. Slower and more costly.
