Construction

What paperwork do you need before starting site clearance?

Before we arrive on site, we need several documents from you.

Scale site plans. Drawings showing boundaries, structures, service locations, and areas marked for clearance.

Service drawings. Gas, water, electric, fibre. Every underground line. Without them, we work to safe assumptions with extra caution. That caution takes time.

Ecology reports. Bat surveys, great crested newt surveys, breeding bird surveys. They dictate what we can and cannot do, and when.

TPO or Conservation Area documents. Working on a protected tree without consent is a criminal offence. We cannot do it.

Your programme dates. When does the groundworks crew start? We schedule backwards from that date.
