Vegetation Management in County Durham & North Yorkshire

Quoted per site

Overgrown land does not fix itself. It spreads

Brambles, saplings, knotweed, and scrub do not stop because you ignore them. Every season you leave it, the problem gets bigger and more expensive to solve. Whether it is a development site that needs clearing before groundworks, a boundary that has disappeared under vegetation, or an embankment that needs cyclical maintenance, the work starts with a proper look at what is there.

Ross Webster Tree Services handles vegetation management for commercial sites, estates, developers, landlords and homeowners across County Durham and North Yorkshire. This is land management, not gardening. Clearing, controlling and maintaining vegetation at scale.

Vegetation management services: site and scrub clearance, invasive species control, boundary and verge work, planned maintenance schedules
Four services covering everything from one-off site clearance to ongoing maintenance contracts. Residential and commercial, same standards.
Residential vs commercial vegetation management: overgrown gardens and knotweed vs development sites and infrastructure with RAMS
Residential work gets a site visit and written quote. Commercial work gets method statements and risk assessments before any machine arrives. Same team, same standards.

What's included

Site and scrub clearance
Clearing overgrown land, self-seeded saplings, bramble and dense vegetation. Ready for development, replanting or just to be tidy.
Invasive species control
Japanese knotweed, Himalayan balsam and other invasive plants identified, treated and monitored. PA1 and PA6 qualified for herbicide application.
Boundary and verge work
Keeping site perimeters, road verges, embankments and drainage ditches clear and safe. Regular maintenance schedules available.
Planned maintenance
Scheduled return visits so cleared areas stay cleared. You do not chase us. We turn up.
Invasive species treatment: Japanese knotweed multi-year plan, Himalayan balsam pulled before seeding, giant hogweed full PPE required
Japanese knotweed needs a multi-year management plan. Himalayan balsam spreads fast near water. Giant hogweed sap is hazardous and needs full PPE. All treatment follows Environment Agency guidance.
