Site clearance is not one job. It is a sequence of four jobs, each dependent on the last.
Stage 1: Tree removal. We take out Category U and Category C trees. Dead wood, dangerous wood, and trees sitting where the building footprint will be. Near boundaries, we dismantle in sections. In open areas, we fell where safe.
Stage 2: Stump grinding. Every felled tree leaves a stump. Stumps interfere with foundation trenches, access routes, and drainage runs. We grind each one out well below ground level.
Stage 3: Undergrowth clearance. Scrub, brambles, overgrown hedges, self-seeded saplings. All cut back to bare soil.
Stage 4: Waste removal. Everything chipped, stacked, and removed. Ground left clean and ready for the next trade.
